10. Confidentiality

Both parties shall protect confidential information and use it only for legitimate business purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for breaches, security concerns, misuse, or legal compliance requirements.

14. Changes to Services

Features, functionality, pricing, and services may be modified, enhanced, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations and, where necessary, arbitration under applicable laws in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

ETBot services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future updates published by the Service Provider.
